1. PREVENTIVE technical support
A preventive maintenance keeps your equipment in optimal condition.
It minimizes the possible defects, giving your investment the maximum yield.
Due to periodic and structural intervention of our service-team the operation time of your equipment will be maximized.
The frequency of preventive maintenance depends on the nature
and the characteristics of the equipment as well as on the environmental area.
The frequency needs can be discussed with our Engineers.
After the preventive maintenance you will receive a service report.
2. OMNIUM technical support
The omnium support provides all the services needed to optimize instrument performance.
This includes one annual preventive maintenance visit by a trained and qualified Service Engineer.
This contract stands for priority service (within 24 or 48 hours) inclusive labour, parts and traveling time.
It delivers maximum convenience, the highest level of uptime and lowest cost.
3. VALIDATION and Calibration services
Our Service team can develop and execute the necessary validation and performance qualification protocols.
Validation services are designed to provide user acceptance testing in accordance with
all current GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
